This is basically a suggestion for when we get the new forum. What we should have is a point system so that somehow when you vote you enter your user name and get a point. The points could be used only for show (Like post count) or they could be used to buy certain items (not sure how this would work) in the game

support but i shouldn't think voting should be able to give u items ingame, voting is for more people. So you get voting points but its just for show.

Just for show is really nice to see who is actually helping the server grow. But I have seen in World of Warcraft private servers where the points to buy stuff has worked really well. I have no idea how it would work on a runescape private server. They could be used to buy skill capes or items just for looks. Example to get one skill cape you most have 4 vote points, which would be very easy to get
